COVID-19 Update

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of parcels and the significant impact that Covid-19 has placed on our logistics systems, we are currently experiencing delays in the processing and shipping of orders.

Some delays are beyond our control, but we're doing what we can to deliver quickly and safely. Our third-party warehouse is now engaging new staff to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, and we expect deliveries to be between five and ten days.

We assure you that we are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure we get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

We apologise for any delays and appreciate your patience in these unprecedented times.

 

Warehouses

Our Australian warehouse remains open and we are shipping orders Monday-Friday as normal within Australia. 

 

Delivery times

You may experience some delivery delays in certain areas due to the high volume of packages being received by our courier and delivery partners. Delivery delays are unfortunately outside of our control - please refer to the tracking information and contact your shipping agent. Please be aware that delivery time can take 1 to 2 weeks.

We apologise to our customers for the disruption. Please check back here for regular updates or contact our customer service team if we can be of assistance. If possible please contact us via email rather than phone due to the high volume of queries we are receiving at this time. 

 

Hygiene and handling

We have been working closely with our warehouse teams who are following all Government guidelines, and we have reinforced our rigorous hygiene and handling procedures when picking and packing your order. Our warehouse teams have implemented additional health and safety measures including regular hygiene audits to ensure our stringent standards are upheld at all times.

All of our warehouses are conducting additional cleaning and introducing new measures to help reduce the risk. This includes hand sanitation and site cleaning as well as restrictions around warehouse visitors, staff meetings and staff travel. The welfare of our customers and warehouse teams is our top priority and we will continue to monitor the situation on a day to day basis.
